What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name. When you participate, we store the comments and content you post.
Why we collect it
Your email address exists for one purpose: to let you sign in and get back to your own comments and contributions. That's it. We will not send you marketing, newsletters, or announcements. We will not contact you unless you contact us first. We will not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.
Public content
Comments and contributions you post on this site are visible to other visitors. This site exists to support public input to a federal Request for Information, so content you post may be quoted, summarized, or incorporated into RFI responses submitted to CMS, which become part of a public federal record. Your comments are attributed the way you write them; if you'd rather not be identified, don't include your name or identifying details in the body of your comments. Your email address is never displayed publicly and is never included in any submission.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Service providers
This site runs on standard hosting and database infrastructure. Those providers process data on our behalf to operate the site and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Retention and deletion
Your account and content stay until you ask us to remove them. To delete your account, your comments, or both, email security@si-delivery.com and we'll do it promptly. Note that content already incorporated into a submitted RFI response cannot be recalled from the federal record.
Not for sensitive information
Please don't post confidential, proprietary, or personal information about yourself or others. This is a public policy discussion site.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date. Since we don't email you, check back if you care about changes.
